This place was extremely professional from the first phone call I made inquiring about service on my Subaru Outback. Dealt with Steve, John and Ashley. All three at the front desk were the best car people I have ever run across in all the years I have taken my car into shops for repairs. Definitely will be heading back the Jeno’s for any future car service. Really liked how they called with an estimate before any work was done. Impressed that I got a follow up text message the day after car was returned to me just checking to make sure I was pleased with the work completed.

Although the news wasn’t good on the health and longevity of my car, Jeno’s staff and mechanics were awesome! They took the time to explain the situation and help me figure out next steps. Their loaner car was great and the cost was extremely reasonable.

Labor and parts split about 50/50 and in the same day, $540 for new gasline fuel filter, radiator flush, and transmission filter and fluid replacement.

John, Ashley, and Steve always treat us like we are family. Take time to explain an show what issue is if possible and are honest and fair. Quick turn around as well. They could have charged me for a new transmission but referred me to dealer and it was warrantied. They are more concerned with helping and doing a good job to EARN business....it's old school and it works! Thanks guys for always taking care of us!
