Professional and up front with expected costs.

I have a 2013 Ford Fusion that kept stalling when I came to a stop! I immediately called the Ford Dealership and it would be two weeks before they could get me in! Called Jeno's, whom I've never used before, but they are in my neighborhood. They got me in right away and kept me in the loop as to the repairs on my car. It was a fuel pump and a little pricey as most repairs are, but they could get the part in and get me going again right away. Unfortunately , I still had some of the same problems after the repairs were done, but Jeno's got me right back in, analyzed the problem, and found a sensor that also needed to be replaced. I felt that they were being honest with me, always justified the repairs, went out of their way to keep my repair time to a minimum, and I was happy with the whole experience. Mary is a GEM!! She really is personable and helpful! Thanks to you all!

Everything went great. Didn't take they long to have the front end aligned on my Ranger.
