We called on a Friday to schedule an appointment and they gave us a time for the following Tuesday. We were going to be unable to drop off on Tuesday so we dropped off on Sunday afternoon. John called on Monday morning and was able to get it completed that day! Exceeding expectations makes for exceptional customer service. #CustomersComeFirst

Took my 2008 Kia to 3 different places, got 3 different diagnostics. Jeno's broke things down for me, and actually showed me what was goind on as opposed to just telling me. They were so nice and professional. I paid a bit more than I thought I was going to, but it was worth it. Especially considering they aren't a big box chain. The shop doesn't look like much, but I think I have found my mechanic for all my future needs. I'd send my grandma there and trust they wouldn't take advantage of her. Thanks.
