Have had several cars worked on generally a positive experience. When issues have come up, Steve has been good to work with in resolving the issue. Issues will always exist but it is how they are responded to that really counts.

Only reason you're not rated higher than 4/5 is because one of the most critical elements of the repair was to tell if it's been fixed; now its too early to tell - long term the rating will be higher. I appreciate the 'local' service and friendly attitude I've experienced to date. Thanks for your service and the opportunity to comment on it.

I have used Jeno's for over 30 year and have always found them honest and reliable. I have a Lexus RX 350 and use them for all my servicing needs. I would never hesitate giving them a recommendation.

I have been using Jeno's to service my cars for the last 9 years. They doe excellent work and have great customer service. They stand behind their work. I had problems with some motor mounts that the replaced and the failed soon after. They replaced them with better parts. They treated my wife with great respect when she brought her car in with an odd noise. They were able to quickly diagnose that the breaks were make noise but were ok for a week or so until she had time to have the work done. Only giving them 4 stars because half of the time I have had to leave the car overnight so they could finish the work.

After bad experience elsewhere I am so happy to be able to take my car to Jeno's. They are totally trustworthy and I would recommend them.
