From booking an appointment to completion of work, having my car worked on at Jeno's was a pleasant experience! Explanations were giving in a language I could understand -- thank you, and work was done in a timely manner. I have been looking for a new mechanic . . . think I have found one! Many thanks!

Appreciated the openness of information regarding the procurement of a part needed. Jeno's kept me informed and took care of the repair in good speed. Also, it is very nice to be offered a loaner car while mine is being serviced!

We have been doing business with Jeno's since they opened many years ago. We have had a Corvette, Trans Am, a Probe, a Sable, a Cadillac, 3 Town cars and 3 trucks serviced by Jenos, most had over 150,000 miles when we sold them. They were well cared for by Jeno's, the service was prompt, reasonable in price and sometimes quite complicated. We recommend to our friends and neighbors as outstanding problem solvers and technicians. We now live some distance from them but we still take our cars there to have them serviced and repaired, even if they have to be towed..

Whoever gave Jeno's a 1 star is CLUELESS. He/she probably put their survey on there several times. I have been going there for 20 years and have had nothing but extremely positive experiences. In fact, when extra work has to be done, I don't even get a comparison bid because I know they will treat me fairly. Steve and his crew are honest, reliable, and knowledgeable, PERIOD! Don't listen to the 1's...as I said, they are clueless AND dishonest.

Great experience. I actually recommended Jeno's to my girlfriend initially because she wanted a local mechanic, but I had never been there myself. She had such a good experience that she told me to try it. I left my dealership that usually services my car and tried Jeno's. My first experience, which was an oil change and multi-point inspection went great. Their prices were great, services was friendly and prompt, and my receipt was detailed with future needs of my car. My car has found a new mechanic. Great job!

I am happy with my experience at Jeno's Auto Service. It was straightforward from start to finish. They quickly identified the issue with my 2002 Highlander, explained to me what was needed and completed the work when they said they would. I was never pressured to have work done I did not need and felt comfortable with everyone I interacted with. It is good to find an honest and reliable auto shop. That is what I found at Jeno's.

Impeccable, reliable, timely service! Jeno's has taken care of our many cars for years and has always prided excellent and honest service!

I've used several Auto service shops in the past, Jenos is the only one I would recommend to a friend.
