Whoever gave Jeno's a 1 star is CLUELESS. He/she probably put their survey on there several times. I have been going there for 20 years and have had nothing but extremely positive experiences. In fact, when extra work has to be done, I don't even get a comparison bid because I know they will treat me fairly. Steve and his crew are honest, reliable, and knowledgeable, PERIOD! Don't listen to the 1's...as I said, they are clueless AND dishonest.

Great experience. I actually recommended Jeno's to my girlfriend initially because she wanted a local mechanic, but I had never been there myself. She had such a good experience that she told me to try it. I left my dealership that usually services my car and tried Jeno's. My first experience, which was an oil change and multi-point inspection went great. Their prices were great, services was friendly and prompt, and my receipt was detailed with future needs of my car. My car has found a new mechanic. Great job!

They quickly identified the issue with my 2002 Highlander, explained to me what was needed and completed the work when they said they would. I was never pressured to have work done I did not need and felt comfortable with everyone I interacted with. It is good to find an honest and reliable auto shop. That is what I found at Jeno's.
