LITTLETON AUTO REPAIR

I had been driving by Jeno's for years. Finally stopped in just for an oil change. As they said, they are not a quick lube place. I was there about an hour so it's not quick but the service was excellent. I got an oil change at a good price, diagnosis of a small noise I hadn't even mentioned to them and an estimate for some work I need done on another car. I talked with several of the employees and feel I can take my cars here with confidence. I'll be back.

I brought my car to Jeno's at the recommendation of a coworker. I'm so glad I took his advice! They gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while they repaired my car so I never missed any of my appointments. They kept in touch with me to let me know what was wrong with the car and how much it would cost to repair it. They notified me when the part came in and the final bill was $20 less than the original estimate! Very good customer service!

The representatives of Jenos are ALWAYS honest, up front and almost ALWAYS spot on their estimates. They NEVER do any work without consent and the quote they give is ON or pretty darned close!! Been going to them for 18 years!!
