The Jeno's staff treated me with courtesy and got me into the shop quickly. Much better service than the dealership who recommended repairs not even needed. Jeno's found that my rear struts/shocks were worn out--the Honda dealer missed that one, too. Honda did not fix what my CRV needed. The cost!of needed repair for Jeno's was much lower than the Honda dealership. Jeno's has a new client. Bye bye dealership!

Well first time at Jeno's looking forward to getting all my automotive needs done at Jeno's. I think in this day and age for me service is the upmost importance. Secondly I need to be able to trust the work and pricing that goes along with the integrity of a company. I pretty sure I found it at Jeno's!!

Jeno's has serviced my vehicles for years and have always done the best job possible, the right service needed. Even if I question their recommendation, the manager is always suggesting what the right fix is, not my cheaper idea.

I don't believe in giving anybody a 'perfect rating'. That said, other than my unreasonable view that your prices are too high, even if John's wife and kids are hungry, there is only the fact that I wish the problems fixed were less serious.
