The Jeno's staff treated me with courtesy and got me into the shop quickly. Much better service than the dealership who recommended repairs not even needed. Jeno's found that my rear struts/shocks were worn out--the Honda dealer missed that one, too. Honda did not fix what my CRV needed. The cost!of needed repair for Jeno's was much lower than the Honda dealership. Jeno's has a new client. Bye bye dealership!
