I would refer my grandmother to the team at Jeno's! Excellent shop with service that rivals dealerships and prices that are much more reasonable. I've been working on my 3 Honda's for the past 9 years and although I do 80% of the work myself, I need a reliable shop to help with the bigger projects that aren't DIY. I've taken my vehicles to the dealership before and can't stand dealing with the high pressure service advisor who guilts you into big ticket repairs that often aren't needed NOW. Jeno's has an industry leading 3 year 36k warranty on all repairs and parts, that alone should speak for itself. Last year I brought in my '05 CRV and they suggested brake fluid, rotors, oil change and a few other minor things. I told them I would pass on the brakes/rotors (because I was going to do it myself) and they didn't pressure me or pass judgement. They completed the service at a very fair price and quickly without an appointment. On a Friday I came in for an oil change and pulled right into the bay. The oil change was completed quickly and when they suggested an ATF flush and quoted me a fair price I said yes and they even let me see how filthy the fluid was. It took a little longer than an oil change but quickly I was on my way and my car was running smoother than ever. These guys are a 100% class act and they don't pull any funny business or pressure sales. I would refer my grandmother to the team at Jeno's!

When you look for automotive repair you look for three things: expertise, reliability and trustworthiness. Jeno's represents all three in spades. I live out of state but my daughter is a freshman in college locally and her car was in need of inspection and repair for a slight accident that left her with a bum wheel and a noise that another shop couldn't solve. Steve and John went the extra mile and changed parts from their loaner car to her car to test for causes of the noise. When completed, the car was reliable and sound which is what I wanted for my daughter who is two states away from me. With all the work they did they only charged me for the work they needed to do and not the extra diagnostic work to find the cause of the problem. This is a honest and reliable shop. I trust them and it rely upon them to care for my daughter's car needs while I'm so far away.

Jeno's is the best. They have been taking care of my autos for several years now. They are very honest and always keep me informed what is going on - whether it is good news or bad. They are the only ones I will ever let work on my vehicle plus they always have a loaner car for me to use. The turn around time is very quick and they are always so friendly.

Jeno's has been wonderful in keeping our 2003 Montero on the road. They not only are fair in what they charge for their services; more importantly, they are focused on doing the job right. So glad to have found Jeno's!

The guys at Jeno's did a wonderful job on my car. It's now running like it did the day I bought it! A chain repair shop had told me I needed extensive repairs and multiple items replaced. After Jeno's inspected my car, they assured me that most of the items that had been previously recommended were not necessary. They did a major tune up and axle replacement. The pricing was very fair and they had my car done the same day! I highly recommend Jeno's and feel good knowing I have a reliable, fair and quality mechanic I can count on.

I own a business and rely on my van for delivery. Jeno's Auto has always provided me with dependable and friendly service. In an industry where trust is paramount, Jeno's is a rare find. I would never take my vehicles anywhere else. HIGHLY recommended!

I own a 2007 Dodge Charger R/T. It had been running poorly for a few months and was not having good throttle response. I initially took it to the Dodge dealership. Dodge proceeded to tell me that poor acceleration was due to the transmission and I would need a brand new one, along with all parts attached to it. This was also determined by a 2006 recall for "POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION-Model Affected Charger Potential Units Affected-4770". Which made no sense as the recall fix was completed in 2008. Dodge was insisting on $6000+. So I took it to Jenos for a second opinion. They did a full inspection of the car and quickly came to the answer that the transmission needed nothing. It was simply a matter of needing an oil change and a transmission fluid flush. They even checked the torque converter and found it to be good. After just simple things done to the car, it has run amazing! I appreciate the upfront honesty and professionalism when the dealer was just trying to make a quick $6000+. I would recommend Jenos to anyone. The bad reviews on here are all on a case by case basis. New models like mine have parts easier to find. You need to consider that the cost quoted by Jenos may have been due to the fact that late model car parts are getting harder to find, which bumps up the price. I see Jenos as a fair and reputable family business.

I have an old 1989 Buick and I gave up on fixing a really strange issue with it (I usually do my own work). I dropped my car off and they took excellent care of it. They exceeded my expectations, gave me a complete run down on what the issue was and what they needed to fix. On top of that, the cost of all the repairs were more than reasonable and my car is running better than it ever has. I will definitely return for all my car repair needs.John Glosek was the friendliest car tech I have ever dealt with and was very in depth with me over the phone when he gave me repair status updates. When I picked up my car the owner Steve Horvath and John both shook my hand and were incredibly friendly. If you want good service on your car and not have that sick feeling you are getting ripped off at a major auto repair shop, please give these guys a chance.

We have teenage drivers, and own 4 cars. We take them all to Jeno's. They are always honest and fair about the work that needs to be done and the price they charge. They are experts on all the makes of cars that we bring to them, Toyota, Subaru, Ford, Mercedes, Volvo. We never worry that we are being ripped off. And I can't say that about every car repair shop I've used in my life. Always friendly and helpful. And they never make me feel like I have a stupid question! I recommend these guys to anyone.

Winner!Ignore the coupons for a low-cost oil change or discounted car service from Brakes Plus at Bowles and Kipling. Instead, come here. If you have a AAA card, they give a 10% discount. It's a small shop and may take a bit longer to complete your repairs, but they will do the job expertly, with great attention to detail. I've never had them come back later and tell me something else needs doing. All issues are revealed up front, all repairs are costed out to the penny, and they never underestimate. This is the place, folks. Look no further.
