I'm a longtime customer of Jeno's Auto Service, I was searching around for great auto service repair for a couple of years after moving to the area and finally found Jeno's through my AAA. They always provide top notch routine service on my Subaru Outback and I trust their maintenance & repair recommendations completely. I have never had any complaints, and honestly they have done A LOT of work on my Subaru which I bought used. I am thankful that I found them.

As usual they got to the heart of the problem, did all the tests I expected, came to a quality assessment, and completed the job in a short time, and appropriate cost.

A+ honest and great service. We have been taking our second older car that we don't use very often there for several years now and I am always impressed with the customer service, transparency, and honesty. We recently took it in for a faulty AC and they fixed it and just charged us for the diagnosis and a $28 part when I know many other shops out there would have "found" something more expensive to fix. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is very friendly. They stay in contact so you know exactly what is going on with your car and they follow through with what they tell you. The loaner car is nice to have too.

I really like jenos, they let me know when I come in with something specific if they see anything else that is concerning. They do exactly what you ask them to. Their oil changes are better then going to walmart ( that's because they will do the oil change in its entirety. )it's also the same cost. If you need a loner car you just have to ask. I can and have the knowledge to do alot of my own work, it's just a lot nicer to have jenos do it for me. It always frustrating when I get a new car and the warranty has me go to the dealership because Jenos always treats me like a human and answer's my questions. You have relieved alot of my car stress. Thank you so very much. By the way I have been going to jenos for many many years and just a few diffrent cars.
