Steve and Chris are so kind and they got me as quickly as possible and lent me a loaner vehicle so I did not have to take an Uber back and forth. They told me what was needed urgently and what was not as urgent so I could prioritize accordingly. Thank you to this team for going above and beyond in customer service!

John, Rob and the crew were great! Their diligence in diag and correction of the “noise” I was hearing saved me $$ and gave me peace of mind. I swore I had front hub-bearing noises, they did their thing, front end inspection, undercarriage inspections, test drives, invited me to test drive with them, one of the techs suggested removing the roof rack crossbars, Bam! That was it, what a relief! Steve, great crew you have. THANKS AGAIN!!

Chris and Ashley went beyond the call of duty on a Friday late afternoon . They assisted me with finding out the severity of my car problem , let me use a loaner to get to work and assisted with handing over my vehicle to a tow company for transport. I am grateful for both of their professionalism, empathy and understanding during a vehicle break down in their car lot.

I’ve taken my cars to several different garages in the Littleton/Ken Caryl area and have been mostly disappointed. Jeno’s is the exception. These guys have always been honest and fair to me. They do excellent work and I have never been disappointed. They are the only garage in this area that I trust with my cars. Thank you!

The best auto shop on Denver metro! Ive used them for years! Always courteous , helpful, very knowledgeable, they never up sell or try to talk me into anything my car doesnt need ! Fast service and they always give me a Loaner car to use !

Great experience. Had them diagnose and repair an AC issue as well as do an oil change. Both were done within budget, and I was kept abreast of everything they found with the oil-change inspection (truck with about 80k miles on it, I was not surprised at what they found). I was given fair quotes on each issue, and I was able to tell them what I did and did not want done with zero pushiness. They updated me at every stage and there were zero surprise costs, only choices. I feel really good about working with them and will be returning. Having been burned too many times by mediocre shops with tacked-on charges who keep you in the dark, Jeno's made me feel safe while getting the job done right.

My husband loved his 2010 GMC Sierra. When he passed away, the truck started having some mechanical issues. Jeno's did an evaluation, provided me with details regarding what was wrong with the truck and costs to repair. They talked in terms I could understand, fully explained what needed to be done. The overall service I received was beyond great! I didn't want to lose the truck because it was something that my late husband loved. Thanks to Jeno's I won't have to.

As always, Jenos only did the service work that was needed without trying to Up Sell me other service. Car dealers should take that approach as dealers always try to sell services that you do not need!
