The people at Jenos were straightforward and detailed throughout my entire experience to get a rattle and loud noise looked at. They found the problem right away and it was fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. This trip to Jenos was after taking it to omeara Ford, where they had it for a week and blamed the rattle on the spare tire (and still didn't fix it) in the trunk, which ended up being fixed by Jenos after they identified it at a bad shock mount. My vehicle it back to driving like it should!
