Jeno's takes great care of my old truck.

I'm not a car service expert and it's hard to know if what I'm getting is a great value or not. It seems to me that Jeno's looks at repairs through the eyes of the customer and I appreciate that. Jeno's is friendly to work with and focused on my satisfaction - I've taken my car back to have them re-look at a repair they made - they were fine with that, no charge. Wish they were cheaper - alas, none are anymore. I think the value is fair and they communicate well.

Great experience. Went in for a simple oil change but other issues were found. Kris was patient and reviewed all the necessary items to be addressed on a future visit but no pressure or obligation to complete at time of service. I’ll be returning to this shop in the future for my car to get fixed up!
