Professional, pleasant, on time and only did the necessary maintenance.

They are amazing. Chris understood exactly what I needed done. Every time I go to Jeno’s I am reminded that there are honest profession car mechanics in the world. The last time I took my old Explorer in it had about 175,000 miles on it. Took it in for checkup. They called me to say there was actually nothing that needed attention/repair. When do you ever get that at a dealership? Do yourself a favor and let them take care of your vehicle. 👍👍👍

Chris was professional, friendly, and very honest. I took my truck in to have them check out front end road noise. They checked the wheel bearings, front-end assembly, transmission and found all of that in good working order. They recommended a 4 wheel repair shop to inspect my all-terrain tires for balance and did not charge for their inspection work. How many vehicle repair shops would do that. Thank you Chris and Jeno's.
