Jeno's is what a neighborhood repair shop should be. They are friendly, competent, and willing to acommodate your needs. I have an Audi that was making a terrible noise when turning the steering wheel. I called and told them I thought it might be the power steering pump and I needed an appointment. They are very busy and could not get me in for a few weeks but suggested I bring it over right away and, if it needed fluid, they would add it for me. I brought it in and they added the fluid (which is very expensive) and it fixed the noise. They did not charge me for the service and I made an appointment for them to check it out further. I kept the appointment though the noise did not come back. They examined the entire steering system and diagnosed that the power steering rack was bad. Chris then went to work and found me the best possible parts price (Audi parts are obsurdly expensive) and told me I did not have to make the repair right then and explained what to look for that indicated the repair should be made. Again, they did not charge me for their efforts. I have the utmost confidence in Jeno's and will take the car back to them for the repair when it is necessary.
