I went in for an oils change. Found out I need new brake pads, but that I could hold off until the next service. It’s nice to not be surprised about needed service and to know that Jeno’s is looking out for me. This is where I always go to get my cars service. Nice to have someone to trust.

This was my first time taking my vehicle to Jenos, I was very Impressed with the staff and how friendly and honest they were. I had been looking for a new mechanic since mine had retired, I think I found one.

These folks will take care of you. Good friendly service and they have kept my truck on the road as I come upon 330K miles.

Had alignment done on my 05 Tacoma. Also was told that my brakes were metal on metal which surprised me because I take care of that kind of thing myself . I hadn’t heard any rotor scraping by the noise things on the pad. So I took off the wheels and the pads all had over 1/8” on them. . I’ve used your shop before and will probably use it again but I hate being lied to. Trust of a car repair shop has to be earned & its things like this that makes that trust factor real shakey. I took pictures of the pads in case you think I’m lying . I used your shop because I thought you sign on to a higher standard . You were recommended by drive radio . So I’ll be thinking very long and hard about what I’ll have your shop do in the future. Thanks, Leon Henkelman
