Excellent turnaround

Everything was so easy. Made an appointment, received a reminder before the appointment. I received a loaner car and the work was done on the time they told me. All of this made my day stress free. They did what I needed done. You guys were great!

TLDR: A+ service across the board, 10/10 would recommend. -- Its hard to find a good, honest shop anymore and Jeno's is really top notch. I used to use a shop down the street but they were sold and the new owners were rude, and off putting. A friend recommended Jeno's and I'm glad she did. My car is older, and it was my moms before it was mine so there's some attachment there and Jeno's 100% took that into consideration. I ended up needing a lot more work than I thought (because I am not the best at keeping up with maintenance like I should with my 2004 Chevy) and John laid everything out for me letting me know the reason for every charge and what each thing needed. It took a little bit to get it all finished up but Steve made sure I had a loaner to get around town. When my car presented some issues with my alternator after I had it back for a week John once again was amazing and helped me out with the cost, even though it was completely unrelated to what was done previously. I know older cars sometimes do that fun thing where things just start to break right when you do work, and that alternators don't always throw a code, so the fact that John worked with me was amazing. They sent me off with another loaner and got everything sorted once again. A shop with a loaner is rare, a GOOD shop with one is even more rare.

First time I've been to Jeno’s. I brought in my car because of a strange sound that I wasn't sure about and this was one of the closer shops to me. They were extremely understanding, took a look at the car within the day and charged a very fair price to fix the the slight issue. It was an extremely pleasant experience which is hard to find many times with auto shops.

I have an older Ford pick up with 350K+ miles and Team Jeno's really keeps it running for me. We just do basic maintenance on a regular basis and it runs great. Simple to make an appointment, attention to details and professional service. Highly recommended.
